「國泰航空/滙豐香港國際七人欖球賽」進入第二天，繼首日兩戰兩勝之後，今天上午香港隊在「滙豐世界七人欖球系列賽」外圍賽的最後一場F組分組賽以19:0擊敗意大利，成功以小組首名出線八強; 下午迎戰以小組第三名出線的智利又獲勝，順利出線四強。明天將挑戰日本、俄羅斯及意大利，力爭成為首支獲得「滙豐世界七人欖球系列賽」種籽隊伍資格的亞洲球隊。

Disco Funk DJs the Uptown Rockers, who performed at Saturday Night Rewind tonight with many fans enjoying themselves at the HK Fan Zone at the New Central Harbourfront. The Uptown Rockers were supporting headline act De La Soul.
HK Fan Zone culminates with Sunday Family Extravaganza featuring live acts from the Smurfs, Teletubbies and ZingZillas as well as stilt-walkers, balloonists, clowns and face painters, plus all the live action from the Hong Kong Stadium broadcast on the giant screens.
The HK Fan Zone is free and accessible to all, with only the Entertainment Zone requiring a ticket. Music tickets start at HK$200. For tickets and further information see www.hkfanzone.com

萬眾期待的 “國泰航空/滙豐香港國際七人欖球賽2014" 今天終於在香港大球場開鑼了, 全場近三萬座位幾乎座無虛席, 熱情的球迷見證了多隊來自世界各地的勁旅作賽, 其中很多人看好的 “新西蘭” 第一戰遇到 “蘇格蘭”, 以33-0大比分勝出, 不負球迷所望.
加拿大女子隊在「國泰航空/滙豐香港女子七人欖球賽」擊敗法國勇奪銀盃冠軍。加拿大在分組賽先後擊敗香港及哈薩克，順利以小組首名出線，再於銀盃四強以38:0淘汰日本成功躋身決賽；法國隊的晉級過程較為崎嶇，在分組賽擊敗肯亞 (35:0) 後只能與中國打成19:19平手，然後在四強以19:5淘汰南非出局，得以在香港大球場一顯身手。
