「全城歡慶@海港城」- 集中國、台灣、韓國及香港四地猛人出席聖誕亮燈儀式 |

聖誕將至以「全城歡慶@海港城」為聖誕裝飾主題，用香檳、蛋糕及人氣Cupcake等慶祝元素作設計藍本，帶出是次「歡慶」的主題。 聖誕亮燈儀式於海港城海運大廈露天廣場隆重舉行，儀式邀請了海港城總經理(零售租務)李麗儀小姐及來自中國、台灣、韓國及香港四地著名歌手單位及表演嘉賓出席，包括中國才女周筆暢、台灣偶像組合LOLLIPOP F (棒棒堂)、人氣樂隊RubberBand及來自韓國的豎琴演奏家郭靜Harpist K在香港首次以手提電子豎琴作戶外公開演奏。
海港城聖誕裝置在精彩的煙火及繽紛紙碎爆發下華麗揭幕，吸引千名香港及旅客駐足欣賞，而全球包括香港、中國、台灣及北美地區的網民亦透過了香港新浪網http://events.sina.com.hk/hcxmas2010直播，同步觀賞亮燈儀式。歡慶聖誕由海港城出發，衝出香港，為全球聖誕節亮起序幕。

The Secretary for Home
Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, today (November 11) attended the flag
raising ceremony for the Hong Kong, China, delegation at the 16th
Asian Games in Panyu, Guangzhou in support of Hong Kong's athletes.
The ceremony was held at
4pm in the athletes' village in Panyu. Mr Tsang took the opportunity
to meet with the Hong Kong delegation afterwards, including a tour
around their accommodation facilities.
Mr Tsang appealed to the
athletes to show their spirit of perseverance and strive for
excellence at the games, and hoped that they would bring home good
results.
The 16th Asian Games will
be held in Guangzhou from November 12 to 27. Hong Kong will send its
largest contingent ever to the Games, comprising about 395 athletes
and 150 team officials, to participate in some 30 sports.
