Head coaches from six participating teams in the 2009 FIVB World Grand Prix Final Round in Tokyo during the press conference on August 18. 

Tokyo, Japan, August 18, 2009 – Brazil’s head coach Jose Roberto Lages Guimaraes has pined high hopes on his team to make a clean sweep in the 2009 FIVB World Grand Prix Final Round and retain the well-earned tile.

The Final Round kicks off on Wednesday afternoon at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium with the Netherlands challenging China in the curtain-raisers which turns out to be a revenge match as the Dutchwomen already lost to China 1-3 in the third week Pool G in Hong Kong..

The world’s six elite teams – Brazil, defending and seven-time champions, FIVB World No.1 and gold medalists at the last year’s Beijing Olympics, the Netherlands, champions in 2007, Asian powerhouse and champions in 2003 China, world champions and three-time winners Russia, up-and-coming Germany and Asian champions Japan – play a single round-robin competition to determine the eventual winners.

Head coaches of the six participating teams on Tuesday gathered at the Keio Plaza Hotel here to join the press conference, which was attended by a large number of local journalists.

為隆重其事，Swatch港澳區副總裁謝蘭詩小姐與一眾活力的年輕偶像舉行別開生面的揭幕儀式，當中包括Janice Man、安志杰、陳嘉寶 (Anjaylia)及蔡頌恩 (Evelyn)，他們除了演繹最新「The Swatch Artist Collection」，並會一同泵爆手中的巨型氣球，不但象徵為活動加油打氣，更希望最新的手表系列可以熱爆全城。 

一向以玩味十足及創意見稱的Swatch，吸引不少藝術家及時裝設計師一起Crossover。今年 Swatch更與4位國際著名藝術家crossover，包括被喻為「城市捕捉者」(Urban Primitivist)的紐約藝術家Billy The Artist；集雕刻家及作家於一身的荷蘭藝術家Ted Scapa、創意十足的graphic大師Matthew Langille及法國著名街頭藝術家Grems，他們4位為Swatch 設計了多款嶄新的表款，為Swatch x Art 加入新元素，必定是令人大開眼界的作品！
